저는 J-1비자로 1년 반 정도 미국에서 일하다가 현재는 한국으로 귀국한 상태입니다.
비자에는 2년룰이 적용안된다고 나와있지만 DS-20190폼에는 적용이 된다고 나와있어서 나중에 혹시 미국에 다시 들어갈 일이 있을지 몰라서 개인적으로 웨이버를 신청했습니다.
역시나… 다시 미국에 들어갈 일이 있어서 그러는데요.

웨이버 최종 승인레터가 USCIS에서 따로 나오는 것인지요?
저는 Dept of State에서 받은 승인 레터는 있는데… 받는 시점에 집을 옮기는 바람에 USCIS측에서는 따로 뭐 받은게 없습니다.
전화상으로 USCIS와 확인한 결과 USCIS 쪽에서는 이미 승인이 난 상태하고 합니다.
미국으로 다시 들어갈떄… USCIS쪽 승인레터가 있어서 하는건지.. 궁금해서요.

현재 갖고 있는 Dept of State 쪽 승인레터에 이렇게 써있습니다.

“After a thorough review of the request, the Dept. of State recommends to the USCIS that the eachange visitor and member of immediate family, if applicable, be GRANTED a waiver…..
Any other existing applications submitted to the Dept., for the exchange visitor will now be closed. This concludes the Dept.’s involvement in the case. Any further action concerning this waiver falls under the jusrisdiction of the USCIS.”

마지막 문구가… USCIS 에서 최종 승인이 난다는 거 같은데… USCIS에서 오는 승인레터가 따로 있는건가요??
