I may need to transfer H1b to another employer. And that will also be first transfer for me.
So I’d like to ask some tips for how to.

I guess I will need to get transfer completed first and notice this to current employer. right ? because transfer might be rejected.

What is corect sequence ? Also even though h1b transfer is done, I will still need to work for current employer for a certain amount of time to complete current task.  Can I still work for employer-A while H1B is tranfered to employer-B ? Of course during transition.
