I had offer this week and I was very afraid to loose this offer since my EAD will expire on 8/14/2010.
I went to Infopass eventhough I didn’t meet 90 days from the receipt date.
I think it had some type of influence, so I have received the e-mail that they are in card production.

My Receipt date for EAD is 5/16/2010

Hope I can get Green card this month,
According to Infopass, they are processing for January 1st, 2004 PD. Mine is 1/26/2004
