    안녕하세요.
    h-1 4월 9일 접수.
    한없이 기다림속에 오늘 이민국 웹사이트를 체크해본 결과 Post Decision Activity 로 넘어갔는데요. 승인 여부를 메일로 보내준다는 뜻인지 아님. 승인이 되었는지 여부가 매우 궁금합니다. 경험많으신 고수님들 조언 부탁드립니다.

    Post Decision Activity
    On july 29, 2010, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER.please follow any instructions on the notice. if you move before you receive the notice…. 

    For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations..

      축하드려요. 그나저나.. 어디로 접수하셨나요? 전 버몬트로 4월 14일날 했는데..안나와서 답답하네요. 다시 한 번 축하드려요.
