I-485 is pending; I applied for I-485 through employement in 2007. now, I am going to get married to person who has American Citizenship. I have a few questions.
1. my lawyer said that I need to apply for I485, I-765, finger print and I-131 again. is it true? I thought I need to fill out I-130 and sent it along with copy of I-485.
2. my boyfriend just came back from Taiwan ( he is an English teacher) and currently looks for a job. does he need a job in order to get me Green card? I heard that immigration office will ask to submit tax tub ( at least $18,000).please let me know.
