I 765 renewal refusal #2 I need help..

I do not know what to do. I used outdated form of 765 so it was rejected. however even though I used right form ( revised on 2/12/2010), my 765 renewal was rejected again. is immigration so strict about the form? when I sent the right one, because of low ink, the form was not printed well ( mostly the bottem where the barcode and revised date are). beside this reason, I cannot think of any other reason why they did not accept my 765 renewal. my work permit will expire soon ( in about 40 days.) what can I do? thank you,

  where did you send? Arizona center seems like very strict. Mine was rejected too
  and I resubmitted again. I am still waiting and worry about alot. If you see the rejection notice, there is reason why you got rejected like incorrect fee and etc. Take a look the rejection notice and refilling again ASAP. Probably you can talk your lawyer.

  thank you. I decided to ask my lawyer to do it since I do not have enough time. the rejection notice says that I used outdated form. but I used right one. hopefully this renewal will be last time. have a nice day.
