I-94에 until May 25 2010 라고 써있는것은 입국시 AP 유효기간 1년을 연장시켜 준것이므로
그 날짜가 지나쳐도 아무 문제 없습니다
2007년에 AP를 받아 2008년 2009년 두번 한국에 다녀왔구요 다시 1년 연장되어 있습니다 그런데 제것도 May-2010으로 유효기간 지났습니다
이제 다시 나갈려면 새로 신청해야 합니다
어떤분들은 AP 유효기간이 1년이라고 1년이상 사용못한다 하시던데 입국시 입국심사관에게 물어 보았더니 유효기간내에서는 연속해서 사용할 수 있다하여 이렇게 사용했습니다

I-485 Pending 중에는 I-94의 체류기한이 지나도 계속 합법적으로 체류할 수 있기 때문에
I-94의 날짜가 지나도 아무런 문제가 없습니다.

윗분이 작년에 이곳에 같은 경험을 쓰신 분인지 모르겠군요…
윗분의 경험대로 처리하는 입국 심사관도 있는지 모르겠지만,
변호사들의 글을 찾아보면, I-94나 AP에 1년짜리 도장을 받는 것은 AP 자체의 연장이 아니므로 주의하라고 합니다.

Sometimes, however, people confuse the date stamped on the document at the port of entry as the validity date. When one returns to the U.S. on AP, s/he should receive a new I-94, Arrival / Departure card, with a one-year validity date. The Parole document should also be stamped in a box located in the lower right-hand corner of the document. However, none of these dates or stamps changes the validity of the Parole document. Additionally, the one-year stamp does not actually limit the time to remain in the U.S. to one year, if the I-485 processing lasts beyond the date on the paroled entry stamp.

Note that this date is not relevant for status purposes or AP document validity purposes; the expiration date of the AP remains the date printed on the top of the AP document. No, it most definitely does not mean that the parole document has been extended. I can’t count the number of people who have fallen into that trap. Advance parole documents are valid for one year from issuance. After that, they expire and are no longer valid for travel. You must obtain a new AP travel document for travel after that one year period.
