Hi everyone…

I am with H1B (applying Green card recently) and needed to resolve J-1 waiver issue (I didnt get a waiver regarding J-1 which I started before H1B).

Advisory Board just came back to me that I am SUBJECT to the 2-year residency requirement. My job skill was NOT goverment sponcered.

I am about to file waiver. Can anyone please tell me if I should worry too much or no… what is the possibility of getting waiver you guess.. or anyone experienced? The pass rate is close to 100% ? Does anyone got denied?

I am sorry for my poor english I just can’t type in korean.
