저의 질문은 H1B cap count가 현재 몇개 남았나하는것 입니다.

아래 USCIC홈피에는 11월27일자로 58900개 file되었다 라고 나오는데…

그리고 65000개중 싱가폴과 칠레를 위해 6800개가 제외되어야한다는 문구가 아래처럼 있던데…

Please note that up to 6,800 visas may be set aside from the cap of 65,000 during each fiscal year for the H-1B1 program under the terms of the legislation implementing the U.S.-Chile and U.S.-Singapore Free Trade Agreements. Unused numbers in this pool are made available for H-1B use for the next fiscal year.

그러면 현재 남은것이 없는것인지(65000-58900-6800), 아님 6100개(65000-58900)정도 남은것인지 궁금합니다. 답변 먼저 감사드립니다.
