I-485 Eb3 이런 Notice 받아 본적 있나요?

    Transfer 되었다길래 NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER로 이관돼 인터뷰 나오겠구나 생각 했는데 Notice 받아보니 이렇게 나와 있네요,

    This is to advise you that in order to speed up processing we have transferred the above case to the following USCIS office for processing:

    Williamsburg, KY
    Telephone: 8003755283

    That office will notify you of the decision made on the application or petition.
    …………………….(중간생략)
    Please read the following information if you submitted a Premium Processing application or petition:

    Please contact the Premium Processing phone number at 1-866-315-5718 for inquiries. The 15-day Premium Processing clock dose not start until the office receives the application or petition.

    이런 Notice는 생전 처음보는거라 특히 이런 말은 “Speed up processing” “Premium Processing” “The 15-day Premium Processing”
    혹시 이런 Notice받아 보신분이나 아시는분 계신지요?

      먼저 보내신 곳에서 일처리의 효율을 위해 다른 center로 이관을 한다는 뜻입니다. 아마도 KY쪽에 쌓인 일이 TSC보다 적어 TSC에서 님의 케이스를 KY쪽으로 의뢰하여 진행속도를 빠르게 해보려고 하는것으로 보입니다. 이럴때 이민국에서 쓰는 말이 in order to speed up processing 입니다.
      premium processing은 140에 해당되는 것으로 신청하실때 $1000을 더 내시고 premium processing을 신청하시면 15일 이내에 답을 주는 서비스 입니다. notice에 일반적으로 들어가는 안내말로 님께서 premium processing을 신청하시지 않으셨다면 해당사항이 없으신 것입니다.

      답변 감사합니다 I-140은 3년전인 2006년도에 Approved되었기 때문에 해당사항이 없는것으로 보이고, 이 Notice는 I-485 Pending인 상태에서 받은것이라 도저히 이해가 안되네요??? I-485에도 Premium이 생겼다는 얘기인지 뭔지?

      This is to advise you that in order to speed up processing we have transferred을 키워드로 구글 써치하면 2,750,000건 나옵니다..
      제대로 된것만 약 500,000건은 나올겁니다..

      결론 : 속뜻은 이민국만이 알겠지요..겉보기에는 상투적인 트랜스퍼의 한종류입니다.

      저도 똑같은 것 받아본적 있습니다. 다른 센터로 이관할때 하는 말인것 같습니다.
