EB2 케이스로 7/1/2009에 저와 아내, 그리고 두 아들 I-140/I485를 동시접수했고 8/4/2009에 모두 bio를 했습니다.

이상한 것은 10/1일 자로 막내를 제외하고 저를 포함한 모든 가족이 I-485승인 메일을 받았습니다.

막내는 USCIS에 아직도 Initial Review로 되어있어 변호사가 USCIS에 문의하여 보니 다음과 같은 답변이 왔답니다.
“The online case status for ABC’s case shows that it is still pending with USCIS. Our office contacted USCIS on 10/15/09 to find out the status of ABC’s application and we were informed that at this time the Texas Service Center is processing I-485 applications submitted September 7, 2007 or earlier. Therefore ABC’s application is considered within normal processing times at it was submitted July 2, 2009. USCIS stated that each application is handled separately and we should wait to hear updates on his case.”

주 신청자인 저를 포함하여 아내와 큰 아들은 485가 동시에 승이이 되었는데 왜 막내 (14살)만 승인이 지체되는 것일까요. 아직 나이가 어려서 조금더 있다가 승인을 주겠다는 것일까요?
