currently i teach at a high school – mathematics. briefly, yes you can be a math teacher. in fact, with a master’s it will be easier. first apply to a public school district or a private school for a position. second say that you will need a h-1 sponsorship – they will tell you whether they do or not. third, start working if hired. fourth, within a year or two, talk to the principal or district HR manger about your intention to get a green card. fifth, if they say yes, hire an attorney and start the process. good luck! you can do it.
