USPS Mail with Signature Confirmation

    My husband sent out NIW 140 to Texas through USPS with signature confirmation.
    The delievery status says that it could not delievered and notice is left.

    Is there anyone having this experience?

      delivery confirmation 만 하셨어야 했나 봅니다.
      접수주소가 P.O.BOX 로 되어있지 않았나요?
      그렇다면, 사인해 줄 사람이 없겠고요..

      A person in other website says we don’t need to worry, it is common, and the mail is picked up at 5:30 am everyday.
      This person gave me a correct answer.
      I just checked the delievery status this morning.
      Our application is delievered at 5:40 am.
