My husband is preparing NIW 140 documents.
Should we submit my imigration information such as possport for 140 submission?

In case of NIW I-140, only your husband’s information is required.
After I-140 is proved, or when you apply I-485, you and your husband’s I-485 cases will be submited separately. Therefore, your documents would be needed only in the case of your I-485 is applying.
