현재 NIW로 신청 준비중에 있는 사람입니다.
다름이 아니라 485작성중 application type에 있어서
신청자 본인인

a. An immigrant petition giving me an immediately available immigrant visa number that has been approved.

또 신청자의 배우자및 자녀는

b. My spouse or parent applied for adjustment of status or was granted lawful permanent residence in an immigrant visa category that allows derivative status for spouses and children

이 맞는지 확인코저 문의드립니다.
사실 140와 같이 접수할려고 하는 상황이라 immigrant visa number같은것은 없거든요.. 아직 접수증도 물론 없구요..
그래서 제가 a, wife가 b로 해서 접수하는것이 맞는지 여쭙니다.
