We received another RFE on the same issue for a different case today. The strange thing is that we already had a bunch of cases approved without that question being asked…..”

올해는 예년과 다르게 TARP funding 에 대한 RFE 가 좀 많다고 합니다.
변호사의 말처럼 어떤 케이스는 RFE 없이 승인을 주면서 어떤 케이스는 주고…. 어쨌든 변호사 로펌을 통하니 정보 업데잇도 빠르고 제 변호사는 자기 일처럼 처리해 주니 편하고 고맙긴 하네요.
