Among the list of questions in the application, I found one question “Have you ever before applied for employment authorization from USCIS?” and asked to attach all the related document. If I applied to OPT after my master degree, should I have to answer “yes” to this question? If so, I will be in trouble, because I do not have the related document that I received after my master degree. Give me some advice for me. Sorry for writing in English.
