Hi,
I need to start J1 waiver process. My question is what if I dont get waiver until my visa expires. Should I leave the US? Or can I stay while I am waiting for the result? My visa is valid until end of Jun, 2009. So I have 6 months to get things done.

My fiance is US citizen and we just met each other’s family. Now we are planning to get married here. I do not want to leave the country

I just read about J1 waiver on USCIS and Korean consulate website, but that wasn’t enough for me to prepare all the papers. I’m researching on Google and naver. Please let me know websites or attoneys that I can get help.
