I’m applying for advance parole, and have some questions.
Please advise me.

I’ve got I-140, and am currrently I-485 processing through EB-2 with H1-B visa status.
My original visa status when I first came to U.S. was H-4, and changed to EB-2, F1, and now H1-B.

1. Class of admission: original status H-4 or the status(H1- when I applied to green card?
2. I don’t have a plan for travel yet, so what should I write in “date of intended departure” and “expected length of trip?
3. For the section of “explain how you qualify for an advance parole and what circumstances warrant issuance of advance parole”, can I say ” I have an adjustment of status application pending, and I need to travel to Korea for family emergency.”? How long should the explanation be?
