요약하면 내년 5월에 졸업할 예정이라서 지금 H1B 비자 신청 진행이 안 되니까 연말에 다시 연락할 때까지 기다리라는 건가요?

your behalf.  It appears you do not actually start working with ****
until 5/2009.  I suspect this will be pursuant to your EAD card.  We will
not be able to pursue the H-1B change of status until April 1, 2009.  We
will contact you closer to the end of the year to initiate the process.
Meanwhile, we will appreciate receiving confirmation of your expected
graduation date and degree you will receive.  Once you receive the EAD
card, we will also require a copy of that document.  Thank you and please
let us know if you have questions at this time.  Otherwise, we will be in
contact with you later this year.
