uscis 사이트로 거의 한달전 주소변경을 했는데요

140과 485는 pending인데 485주소변경은 제대로 됬는데 오늘 cris에서 140주소변경에 대해 이상한 메일이 왔는데 잘 모르겠네요 조언 부탁드립니다.

An application or petition presented in person by someone who is not the applicant or petitioner, or his or her representative as defined in this paragraph, shall be treated as if received through the mail, and the person advised that the applicant or petitioner, and his or her representative, will be notified of the decision.

Therefore, the change of address will not be honored.
