상황이 어렵게 돌아가는 것 같아 조언을 부탁드립니다

졸업전 사용할수 있는 OPT(10/02/08 만료예정)를 통해 지난 4월 H1B를 학사quota에 신청한 후 승인을 받았지만, 추첨상황이라 지난 5월 동시에 진행중이던 영주권 (EB2)의 광고이후 지난주 LC를 신청하였는데 이미 승인 결정이 내려진 H1B를 다시 Review한다는 이메일을 USCIS에서 오늘 받았습니다

OPT만료후 10월부터 H1B로 working permit을 사용할 예정이었는데
상황이 어렵게 진행되는 듯 합니다. 가을학기 (12,2008) 졸업예정입니다.

현재 어떤 상황들이 일어날수 있는지 궁금합니다.
대처 방안에 대한 경험담이나 조언 부탁드립니다.
