Green card …학생신분 유지를 ??

    Could anyone help me, plz??

    I am going to apply for greencard by myself.

    I just got married to citizen.

    It is really hard to do it myself.

    so, I am trying to get some help from you.( any body^^)

    also, I have a few question.

    1. can I file I-485, I-130, I-765 all together?

    2. I am worried about this. I did not register for school after the summer break

    and got married 1 month later school started.

    Do you think it is going to be a big issue?

    3. what should I say that my current status is??

      I think you may have some problems. You need to buy a lawyer ASAP. If you were legal status, the cost to change your visa status would be $500 to $ 4,000. Now you already commited one month illegal status, so it could be a little expensive.

      미국에 밀입국 하신 경우가 아니고 시민권자와 결혼하셨다면 문제가 없어 보입니다.
      1. I-485, I-130, 그리고 I-765 모두다 한번에 신청할 수 있습니다.
      2. 시민권자와 결혼해서 영주권 신청하시는 거라면 신분 유지 걱정 안하셔도 됩니다. 불체자도 시민권자와 결혼하면 영주권 받는데 아무런 지장이 없으니까요.
      3. status가 문제가 되지 않습니다. 곧 영주권 신청하세요.
      질문들을 혼자 하시기 힘들겠다는 생각이 드는군요…결혼을 통한 영주권 취득은
      비용면에서나 시간면에서나 어려운 일이 아니니 너무 맘 고생하시지 말고 변호사와 상담해 보시는 것도 좋은 생각일 듯 합니다.
