LC 노동승인은 노동청에 하는 것입니다.
이 신청을 하기전에 신문에 구인광고를 하여야 합니다. 일정한 기간동안 규정이상의 일간지에 광고하여야 하고 한국어를 필요로한다는 문구가 삽입되면 감사로 인하여 승인이 어렵습니다.
그러므로 이 단계는 변호사의 도움을 받는것이 좋습니다.

1. Copies of all experience letters before current position.
. from each employer
. It must show
Job titles,
Length of stay,
Project outline,
Software,Hardware and operating systems used.
So finally your document ,

a. Company director or boss sign up letter,
b. Employment letter,
c. Your resume
*. Everythings should be written in english.
2. A draft job advertisement for your position.
. It is same format with advertisement on the ordinary newspaper.
So you can refer it.
. If you can’t document your experience from previous employer,
don’t mention that period to the skill set in your job ad.
3. Detailed and updated resume indicating actual
employer,client name,project dates,
hardware/software,operating systems used and salary drawn
during each project.
. This includes current job position
4. U.S Assignment history form – before current position.
. Form will be provided
5. U.S Assignment history/compensation history form – with
current position.
. Form will be provided
6. Education History Form
. Form will be provided
7. Current Job Description Form
. Form will be provided
8. All Diplomas and Certificates/from high school upward (copies).
9. All transcripts/Mark lists(copies).
10.Copy of latest i-94(both sides)
. Entry form when you came into this country which stamped at
airport.
*. Your visa and i-94 expire date should be equal to.

11.Copy of H1-B approval, Form i-797(both sides).
. H1-B approval notice
12.Copies of the first five pages of your passport.
13.Copies of all appointment letters with current position and any
letters which indicate an increase in salalry
Note : You may have copies of all documents in three separate sets.

140은 이민청원서류로 보통 2단계라고 합니다. LC를 가지고 그 복사본을 첨부하여 제출하여야 합니다.

2) LC 승인 복사본 (ETA form 9089)
3) 스폰서회사 연방세금보고
4) 개인연방세금보고서
5) 스폰서 회사 급여명세서
6) 학력증명, 경력증명, (EB2의 학사학위 5년이상경력자는 업무가 지난 5년동안 ADVENCE 하였다는 확인같은거)
7) 학력을 미국내에서의 학위와 같다는 확인서같은거. 무슨 회사에서 해준다고 하던데
스폰서회사의 계속적인 지원을 한다는 확인서

10) 여권복사 사진있는곳 비자부분

485 신청서류
1) I-485 form

2) G-28 since your attorney is representing you
3) G-325A biographical info form
4) M-378 Photo Spec is what you need to use for photo
guidelines from a location that understand
INS requirements – need a lot of photos!
7 if you do the AP/EAD/485 package deal!
5) Employment letter on letterhead, plus wage slip copy and
W-2 copy (not sure if obligatory)
6) I-693 Medical Form to be unopened
7) Form 9003 – tax related. entitled 밃dditional Questions to
Completed by ALL Applicants for Permanent Residence in the
United States ?nbsp;and relates to tax info with 4 simple yes/no
questions.
copy of current I-94 card
9) copy of all pages of your passport, including blanks
10) copies of previous authorisation cards and approval notices (H-1 etc.)
11) brief summary of your history in US – to make sure you weren뭪 illegal at any point
12) Birth Certificate or equivalent
13) Last but not least the Fees!
