Can I apply for the part-time H1-VISA?

    If I apply for that, isn’t it too late? Is it still possible?

      It is too late, unless:
      1) You are eligible for the H1b advanced degree exemption
      or
      2) You work for a not-for-profit org such as university.

      Being a part-time employee makes no difference in when you file or how the quota is applied.
