    자세히 안 찾아봤다고 야단 치지 마시고…..
    하도 급해서리….

    1) Suppose, I get a job so I changed from F1 to H1.
    I read that H1 can attend school (parttime?)
    I want to attend school continuously as parttime student.
    If I fired then can I change to F1 shortly?
    Then everything is O.K or not ?

    2) If I graduate school with H1 visa, can I get degree as same as F1 student?

      1) You need to be a full-time student to be qualified for F-1 visa.
      2) A degree is a degree: it doesn’t matter whether you are in F-1 or H-1 status.

      H 비자에서 F 비자로 바꿀려면 I-20를 받아야 하고, full-time으로 전환해야 하고 COS 수속을 밟아야합니다. 그리 빨리 되지 않을 것입니다. 여튼 이 경우에 F-1으로 졸업하더라도 OPT를 받지는 못할 것입니다.
