Just for information to those who may concern,

* I got my LC granted as of 06/23/2004 by the DOL’s SF regional office.
* 07/29/2004 is the receipt date for my I-140 & I-485 (EB-2) concurrent filing case submitted to the INS’s California Service Center.
* Today I got the fingerprinting notice scheduled for 09/03/2004.

This timeline made me think the CSC’s pilot program really works for the 1-140 & I-485 (EB-2) cases concurrently filed after 03/31/2004 because I heard from my co-worker whose receipt date was Sep-2003 that he did the fingerprinting in Apr-2004, 7 months after his receipt date.

I know this info is of no use to many people, but I wish it would be a signal of hope to those who will file a new EB-2 case to the CSC. That’s it.
