Recruiter Specialist – Korean Bilingual
Location: Irvine, CA

Salary: Starting at $55,000/year + Incentives

We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented Recruiter Specialist to join our team in Irvine, CA.
The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of professional experience, preferably in recruiting, staffing, HR, or a related field. Previous recruiting or HR experience is preferred but not required. We are open to candidates with strong communication and interpersonal skills who are interested in building their career in recruiting and human resources.

Key Responsibilities
– Manage the recruiting process from candidate sourcing through placement
– Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting channels
– Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings
– Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients
– Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
– Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future openings
– Create and manage job postings across multiple recruiting platforms
– Follow up with clients and hiring managers regarding candidate status and interview feedback
– Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting records
– Assist with onboarding and HR-related administrative tasks as needed
– Communicate professionally with both Korean- and English-speaking candidates and clients

Qualifications
– Korean / English bilingual proficiency required
– 1–3 years of professional experience preferred
– Recruiting, staffing, or HR experience is a plus, but not required
– Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English
– Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
– Excellent organization, time management, and follow-up skills
– Ability to manage multiple job openings and candidates simultaneously
– Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
– Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, or other recruiting platforms is a plus
– Bachelor’s degree preferred
