본 포지션은 수출입 및 통관, 3PL Warehouse 관리부터 Sales Order Processing, Customer Account Support 및 매출 관련 Administration까지 제품 이동과 판매 운영의 전반적인 프로세스를 담당합니다.

미국 내 International/Domestic Logistics와 Commercial Sales Support 경험을 모두 보유한 분을 찾고 있으며, 미국 Sales Team, 외부 파트너 및 3PL 업체, 한국 본사와 긴밀하게 협업하게 됩니다.

## 주요 업무

### Logistics & Supply Chain Operations

– **3PL 및 Warehouse 운영 관리**
– Inbound Receiving, Outbound Fulfillment, Inventory Control 및 정기적인 재고 대사 관리
– **수출입 및 통관 업무**
– Freight Forwarder 및 Customs Broker와 협업하여 Air/Ocean 국제운송 관리
– B/L, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, FDA Entry Records 등 무역 관련 서류 관리
– **Freight 및 Carrier 관리**
– 국내외 Carrier 관리 및 협상
– 배송 Route 최적화 및 Delivery Tracking
– 운송 지연 및 Shipment Claim 관련 문제 해결
– **Supply Chain 개선**
– Logistics Performance 및 Freight Cost 분석
– 배송 속도, 정확성 및 비용 효율성 향상을 위한 Process Improvement

### Sales Administration & Commercial Support

– **Sales Order 관리**
– DTC, Wholesale 및 Retail Channel의 Sales Order Entry부터 Invoicing, Fulfillment Tracking, POD(Proof of Delivery)까지 전반적인 Order Process 관리
– **Account 및 Customer Support**
– Account Setup, Vendor Onboarding, 주요 고객 문의, Return Request(RMA) 및 Sales Document 관리
– **Sales Data 및 ERP 운영**
– Master Data 관리
– ERP System 내 Sales Contract 및 Order 입력
– Sales Performance 및 Inventory Status Report 작성
– **미국팀 및 한국 본사 협업**
– 미국 Sales/Marketing Team 및 한국 본사와 협업
– Demand Forecasting, Product Availability 및 Order Priority Schedule 조율

## 자격요건

– Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration 또는 관련 분야 학사 학위
– **Logistics Operations 및 Sales Administration/Support 관련 경력 5년 이상**
– **한국어 / 영어 이중언어 필수**
– Purchase Order, Warehouse Coordination, Inventory Management 및 Inbound/Outbound Logistics 실무 경험
– Import/Export, Freight Forwarding, Customs Documentation 및 International Shipping 관련 경험
– 여러 Order 및 Shipment를 동시에 관리할 수 있는 뛰어난 업무 관리 능력
– 꼼꼼하고 정확한 업무 처리 능력

## 우대사항

– **Beauty, Skincare, Medical Aesthetics, Healthcare 또는 CPG 업계 경험**
– 미국 내 International/Domestic Logistics 업무 경험
– 3PL 및 Warehouse Management 경험
– ERP 기반 Sales Order 및 Inventory 관리 경험
