We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in New Jersey.In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment across a variety of functions, from understanding hiring needs and developing sourcing strategies to candidate engagement, selection, and offer coordination.
You will partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders across the U.S. and Korea to attract the right talent, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
We are looking for a bilingual recruiting professional who is proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple hiring priorities in a growing organization.◼︎ Key Responsibilities
1. Full-Cycle Recruitment
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer coordination.
Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, candidate profiles, and recruiting priorities.
Develop recruiting approaches based on role requirements and talent market trends.
Manage recruiting timelines and candidate communication to keep the hiring process moving efficiently.
Deliver a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.2. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, professional networks, and other sourcing channels.
Conduct targeted outreach to passive candidates and build relationships with prospective talent.
Explore new sourcing channels and approaches to reach qualified talent.
Stay informed on relevant talent markets and share sourcing insights with hiring teams.3. Hiring Manager Partnership
Build strong working relationships with hiring managers and serve as a recruiting partner throughout the hiring process.
Align with hiring teams on search strategies, candidate profiles, interview processes, and hiring timelines.
Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines, search progress, and relevant talent market insights.
Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders across the U.S. and Korea to support hiring priorities.4. Recruiting Operations & Improvement
Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Track search progress and pipeline activity across assigned roles.
Support recruiting initiatives and identify opportunities to improve sourcing, recruiting processes, and candidate experience.◼︎ Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
3–5 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
Experience managing end-to-end recruitment.
Hands-on experience with proactive sourcing, direct candidate outreach, and candidate screening.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and other recruiting tools.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean.◼︎ Preferred Qualifications
Recruiting background in technology, engineering, aerospace & defense, manufacturing, or other technical functions.
Recruiting experience in the semiconductor industry
Familiarity with fast-growing or newly established organizations and evolving recruiting needs.
Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the U.S. and Korea or within a global organization.
Experience developing sourcing strategies, talent maps, and long-term candidate pipelines.◼︎ Compensation
