■ 업무내용 :
– 브랜드 패키지, BI, 캠페인, 웹사이트, SNS 및 이벤트 디자인
– Brand Guideline 및 Design System 개발·관리
– 브랜드 전략 기반 Visual/Motion Concept 및 콘텐츠 제작
– SNS·디지털 광고·E-commerce용 영상, Motion Graphic 및 디자인 제작
– Amazon, TikTok Shop, D2C 등 E-commerce Creative Asset 제작
– 패키지, 인쇄물, Retail Display 및 행사 제작물 디자인
– 인쇄·제조 Vendor와 패키지 사양 및 제작 품질 관리
– Junior/Mid-level Designer 디자인 리뷰 및 멘토링
– 외부 Agency, Freelancer 및 Production Vendor 결과물 검토
– AI Creative Tool 등 새로운 디자인 기술 및 트렌드 활용

■ 자격요건 :
– Graphic Design, Brand Design, Visual Communications, Animation 등 관련 전공 학사
– 디자인 관련 경력 7~10년 이상 및 Senior/Lead 경험
– Brand Identity, Packaging, Motion, Digital 중 1~2개 분야의 높은 전문성
– Print, Packaging, Digital, Motion 아우르는 브랜드 디자인 경험
– Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere 능숙
– 디자인팀 Creative Direction 또는 멘토링 경험
– Print Production, Pre-press, Color 및 Packaging Specification 관련 실무 경험
– 포트폴리오 필수 제출
– CPG / Food & Beverage / Lifestyle / Retail 브랜드 경험 우대
– Figma 및 3D Tool(Blender, Cinema 4D, SketchUp 등) 활용 능력 우대
– AI 기반 Creative Tool 활용 경험 우대
– 브랜드 론칭 또는 신규 시장 진출 프로젝트 경험 우대
