Sales Representative / Business Development

S&G Construction is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative / Business Development Specialist to join our growing team.
We provide construction, renovation, equipment installation, and industrial project services primarily for automotive, battery manufacturing, and other industrial clients.
We are looking for an individual who can develop new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Introduce and promote the company’s construction and industrial services
• Follow up on sales leads, inquiries, proposals, and quotations
• Coordinate with project managers, estimators, engineers, and management to develop proposals
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and networking opportunities
• Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process
• Support contract negotiations and assist with closing new projects
• Track sales activities and provide regular updates to management

Qualifications
• Fluency in Korean and English is required
• Previous experience in sales, business development, construction, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred
• Sales or business development experience with automotive, EV battery, or battery manufacturing companies is highly
preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
• Ability to develop and maintain long-term professional client relationships
• Knowledge of commercial construction, industrial facilities, or manufacturing environments is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for client meetings and site visits
