Job Title: Logistic Billing Analyst
Condition: 1 year contract + extension or direct hire
Location: Plano, TX
Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (subject to change)

주요 업무:
• 회사 내규 및 각 Division의 정책 및 업무 기준에 따라 고객 청구(AR)를 정확하게 처리하고 마감기한 준수
• Access Database를 활용하여 청구 오류를 관리·분석하고 수정 서류 작성
• 청구 및 지급에 필요한 운송 관련 서류를 검토하고 관련 비용 확인
• Billing 업무가 손익(P&L)에 미치는 영향에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 업무 수행
• 운송사 청구서를 검토, 감사하고 운임표(Tariff) 및 계약 조건 확인
• 일상적인 업무 수행에 필요한 사내 시스템 및 기술 활용
• 운송사 중복 청구 및 청구 오류 조사·분석 및 수정 조치
• 필요에 따른 Ad-hoc Report 작성
• 매출, 비용 및 Balance Sheet 계정에 대한 손익 관리, 계획, Forecasting 및 검토와 관련 보고
• 기타 회사에서 요청하는 관련 업무 수행

자격 요건 (우대 사항):
• A/P, Invoicing, Customer Service 또는 Transportation/Logistics 관련 경력 우대
• 학사 학위 또는 이에 상응하는 교육 및 경력
• 문제 상황을 신속하게 파악하고 적절한 의사결정 및 개선 조치를 취할 수 있는 능력
• 다양한 직급의 구성원과 효과적으로 소통할 수 있는 우수한 영어 커뮤니케이션 능력
• Outlook 및 Microsoft Office(PowerPoint, Word) 활용 능력
• Excel 활용 능력 필수 — 특히 VLOOKUP 및 Pivot Table 사용 능력
• 업무상 필요한 경우 초과근무 가능자
• 필요 시 Plano, TX 및 Coppell, TX 오피스 근무 가능자

A leading global company in data, IT solutions, and advanced logistics services is seeking a Logistic Billing Analyst. This position will be responsible for customer billing, freight cost reconciliation, billing error review, profit and loss management, and financial data analysis. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong accuracy and experience in logistics and/or accounting.

Responsibilities:
• Process customer billing (AR) accurately on or before deadlines as per requirements and according to the company policy for each division.
• Manage, analyze & prepare correction forms for billing corrections in access database.
• Review and discuss essential freight documentation that supports charges invoiced and is required for payment (AP).
• Use knowledge and possess understanding of how Billing functions affect P&L.
• Audit carrier freight bills and interpret tariffs and contracts.
• Work with the internal technologies required for daily functions.
• Investigate and diagnose potential errors and duplicate carrier billing.
• Perform ad-hoc reporting, as required.
• Perform other job-related duties as required
• Profit/Loss management, planning, forecasting, inspection for revenue/cost/BS account and related reporting
• All the tasks that are directly or indirectly related to your job position and requested by company

Required Qualifications (Preferable):
• Experience in A/P, Invoicing, Customer Service or Transportation/Logistics related experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to quickly grasp the situation to make decisions to ensure problems are overcome and perform corrective action
• Effective written and verbal communications skills to communicate with various levels of the organization
• Proficient with Outlook, Microsoft Office applications PowerPoint, Word
• Proficient with Excel, especially v-lookups and pivot tables
• Ability to work overtime when needed
• Ability to work in Plano, TX office and Coppell, TX office when needed
