주요 업무:
• 입고, 보관, 재고관리 및 출고 등 일일 창고 운영 관리
• 창고 직원의 업무 배정 및 근무 일정 관리, 업무 성과 모니터링
• 트럭 상·하차 및 정확하고 적시적인 출고 관리
• 재고 정확성 관리 및 정기적인 재고 실사
• 재고 차이, 제품 파손 및 입·출고 관련 문제 해결
• 자재의 라벨링, 정리 및 적절한 보관 관리
• 창고 안전 규정 및 장비 사용 관리
• 직원 교육 및 회사 업무·안전 규정 준수 관리
• 생산, 구매, 물류 부서와 협업하여 원활한 자재 흐름 관리
• 창고 관련 보고서 관리 및 업무 효율성 개선

자격 요건:
• 창고 또는 물류 관련 경력 3년 이상, Supervisor 경력 우대
• 입·출고, 재고관리 및 창고 운영 경험
• 지게차 운전 경험 또는 자격증 소지자 우대
• 리더십, 조직관리 및 문제 해결 능력
• 기본적인 컴퓨터 활용 능력 및 ERP/WMS 사용 경험 우대
• 빠르게 변화하는 창고 환경에서 여러 업무를 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 능력
• 원활한 의사소통 및 팀워크 능력
• 한국어/영어 이중언어 가능자

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory, and shipping
• Assign tasks and schedules to warehouse staff and monitor performance
• Manage truck loading/unloading and ensure accurate, timely shipments
• Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct regular inventory counts
• Resolve inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and shipping/receiving issues
• Ensure proper material organization, labeling, and storage
• Enforce warehouse safety procedures and proper equipment operation
• Train and support warehouse employees on company procedures and safety standards
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, and Logistics to ensure smooth material flow
• Maintain warehouse reports and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs

Qualifications:
• 3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience; supervisory experience preferred
• Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations
• Forklift experience/certification preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills and experience with ERP/WMS systems preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Bilingual in Korean/English
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
