Assistant Project Manager – Residential Construction

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Assistant Project Manager to support residential renovation and construction projects throughout Palm Beach County.

This is a great opportunity for someone with construction experience who wants to learn, take on more responsibility, and grow into a Project Manager role.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate subcontractors and construction crews
• Assist with daily job-site scheduling and supervision
• Purchase and pick up materials from local supply stores
• Coordinate material deliveries and job-site needs
• Monitor job-site safety, security, cleanliness, and maintenance
• Track project progress and help keep projects on schedule
• Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and management
• Travel between residential job sites throughout Palm Beach County

Qualifications:
• Residential construction experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of construction and renovation
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Reliable, responsible, and willing to learn
• Ability to work independently and solve day-to-day job-site issues
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle required
• Must be available to work Saturdays when needed

We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the position and develop into a Project Manager.
Compensation will be determined based on experience.
