주요 업무

텍사스 기반 자율주행 대형트럭 테스트 및 실운영 현장 지원
차량 하드웨어·센서·소프트웨어 이슈 진단 및 트러블슈팅
운행 전/후 차량 점검 및 캘리브레이션
현장 이슈 로깅 및 엔지니어링팀과의 커뮤니케이션
한국·미국 원격 엔지니어링팀과의 협업

자격 요건

미국 영주권자 또는 시민권자 (비자 스폰서십 미제공)
텍사스 또는 인근 지역 거주자 우대
차량 시스템, 로보틱스, 자동차, 필드 엔지니어링 경력 우대 (대형차량/화물운송 경력 우대)
야외 및 테스트 현장 근무 가능, 운전면허 필수 (CDL 우대, 필수 아님)
독립적으로 현장 문제를 해결할 수 있는 트러블슈팅 역량
필요 시 텍사스 내 테스트/운영 현장 출장 가능

About MarsAuto
MarsAuto is a YC-backed autonomous trucking company building camera-based End-to-End AI for Class-8 commercial trucks. Through our subsidiary MarsLogis, we operate paid freight routes in both Korea and the United States — already logging millions of kilometers of real-world autonomous driving data.

Responsibilities

Support daily test and revenue operations of autonomous Class-8 trucks based in Texas
Diagnose and resolve vehicle hardware, sensor, and software issues in the field
Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and calibration checks
Log and communicate operational issues to engineering teams
Collaborate with remote engineering teams in Korea and the US on system improvements

Requirements

Must be a U.S. Green Card holder or U.S. Citizen (no visa sponsorship provided for this role)
Based in or near Texas preferred
Experience with vehicle systems, robotics, automotive, or field engineering (heavy vehicle/trucking experience a plus)
Comfortable working outdoors and at test/operation sites; valid driver’s license required (CDL a plus, not required)
Strong troubleshooting mindset and ability to work independently in the field
Willingness to travel to test/operation sites within Texas as needed
