SCM SPECIALIST
Starting Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year (starting salary depends on experience)

Job Description
• Analyze client’s production forecast
• Plan purchase and supply schedule
• Place purchase order to suppliers
• Meet the procurement schedule & solve any unexpected problems
• Contact with global supplier (Korea, China, Vietnam, Mexico, etc.)
• Stock shortage risk control
• Communicate with custom brokers and freight forwarders to ensure on time delivery
• Provide proper shipping documents for customs clearance
• Solve supplied item quality problem
• Analyze & Report for purchase / sales performance
• Contact with costumers constantly
• Provide shipment information and logistic schedule
• Purchase parts with the lowest cost though negotiation
• Resolve Quality Problems on Supplied items
• Daily Purchase Report and Purchase closing in Oracle
• Daily Sales Report and Sales closing in Oracle
• Compiling supplier invoices/Logistic Cost Report
Requirement:
• Be able to speak, read, and write Korean
• Understand of Logistic process (Ocean, Air, Ground)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is a must
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Advanced knowledge of M/S Office (Power-point, Excel, Word)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Associate Degree or higher in Business or international trading, or relative experience for over 2 years
