[Key Responsibilities]
– Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing
– Verify cash, endorsements, identification, and transaction details
– Issue money orders, cashier’s checks, and redeem savings bonds
– Maintain a balanced cash drawer and follow security procedures
– Provide customer service support and assist with account inquiries
– Offer product and service information to customers and refer to CSR or banker as needed
– Support branch operations as assigned (duties may vary based on business needs)

[Qualifications]
– High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
– Fluent in Korean and English (verbal and written) — required
– Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
– High level of accuracy and attention to detail
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
– Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with banking systems preferred
– Prior banking or cash-handling experience preferred but not required
– CSR experience or the ability to perform Head Teller duties is highly preferred
