Production Control (생산관리) Manager
The Production Control Manager oversees production planning, scheduling, materials coordination, inventory control, and shipment readiness. This position works closely with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics, Quality, and Sales to ensure customer demand is met on time and production interruptions are minimized.

주요업무
Develop and manage production schedules based on customer demand, capacity, materials, and inventory.
Review work orders, production requirements, and staffing needs to establish priorities.
Monitor raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods inventory.
Coordinate production planning activities with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Logistics.
Identify material shortages, scheduling conflicts, and delivery risks and implement corrective actions.
Review production and purchase order exception reports.
Coordinate material orders, vendor deliveries, and customer shipment schedules.
Monitor production progress and revise schedules as needed.
Prepare production, inventory, and delivery status reports.
Lead and support production control personnel.
Improve planning, inventory accuracy, and materials management processes.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

자격요건
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in production control, production planning, materials management, or supply chain.
Prior supervisory or management experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of production scheduling, inventory control, and material requirements planning.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems.
Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

우대사항
Automotive parts or high-volume manufacturing experience.
Experience with just-in-time production and customer delivery requirements.
Knowledge of warehouse, logistics, and supplier coordination.
Experience with inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and physical inventories.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean or Spanish.
