Junior Full Stack Developer

Requirement: Bilingual Korean preferred

Position Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Junior Full Stack Developer to join our team in Plano, TX. This role is ideal for a candidate with hands-on experience in front-end and back-end development, database design, AI/LLM technologies, and RPA (Robotic Process Automation). The ideal candidate should have a strong learning mindset and be comfortable working across Linux and Windows Server environments while collaborating in a fast-paced development environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications and services using Java and Python.
Develop front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript while supporting back-end APIs and services.
Design and integrate RESTful APIs between front-end and back-end components.
Support AI/LLM-based feature integration and application enhancements.
Develop and maintain RPA workflows to automate business processes.
Design, query, and maintain relational databases (RDB) while ensuring data integrity and performance.
Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to implement user-friendly UI/UX solutions.
Perform unit testing and integration testing to maintain application quality.
Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation processes.
Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot applications in Linux (Ubuntu) and Windows Server environments.
Utilize Git for version control and participate in code reviews and team collaboration.
Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings, sprint planning, and cross-functional discussions.
Document technical processes, system configurations, and code changes.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Working knowledge of Java and Python programming languages.
Basic front-end development experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus.
Understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
Basic knowledge of AI/LLM concepts and practical applications.
Understanding of relational databases, SQL, and database schema design.
Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
Exposure to DevOps practices including CI/CD and containerization.
Experience with RPA tools such as Brity Works, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate is a plus.
Experience working with Linux/Ubuntu and Windows Server environments.
Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

English-Korean bilingual communication skills.
Experience creating scalable design systems, wireframes, and prototypes.
Experience with UX research, usability testing, and application performance optimization.
