■ 채용분야 : Banking Operations Manager

■ 직무내용 :
• Manage daily banking operations, including deposits, wire transfers, ACH transactions, account maintenance, and customer support operations.
• Oversee operational compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and risk management procedures.
• Lead and supervise Banking Operations team members, including performance management, training, and workflow optimization.
• Coordinate with branch management, compliance, IT, and other departments to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor operational metrics and prepare management reports.
• Support system implementation, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure smooth operation of core banking systems, including Jack Henry platforms.

■ 자격요건 :
– 경영학, 금융학, 회계학, 경제학 또는 유관 분야 학사 학위 소지자
– Banking Operations 분야 경력 5년 이상
– Jack Henry 코어 뱅킹 시스템 사용 경험 필수 우대
– 팀 리더 또는 관리자급 감독 경험 우대
– 영어-한국어 이중 언어 가능자 우대
– 한인계, 지역은행 경험 우대
– ACH, Wire Transfer, Deposit Operations, Treasury Management, Retail Banking Operations 경험 우대
