[Job Title] Truck Dispatching Specialist

업무:

• Execute carrier sourcing strategies and negotiate competitive rates and service terms to secure capacity and meet customer tender requirements.
• Book loads efficiently and ensure timely pickup and delivery in line with service commitments.
• Optimize transportation mode, route, and carrier selection to reduce costs and enhance service performance.
• Monitor shipments in real time to ensure on-time delivery and proactively address any potential delays.
• Investigate and resolve service failures, claims, and exceptions promptly and effectively.
• Prepare and review shipping documents, carrier agreements, rate confirmations, and billing invoices with accuracy and compliance.
• Stay informed on market conditions, capacity trends, and freight rate fluctuations to support competitive pricing strategies.
• Provide daily reports with shipment tracking updates and status to customers.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Bilingual, fluent in English and Korean highly preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge in working with MS Office programs.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• 2+ year experience in Logistics preferred

Salary Range
$50,000 ~ $75,000 (경력에 따라 다를 수 있음)
