Network Administrator
Location: Michigan
We are seeking a Network Administrator to manage and support IT infrastructure across multiple sites, including offices and plants in the US, Mexico, Brazil, and Colombia. The candidate will be responsible for network operations, security management, and server administration, ensuring the high availability, performance, and security of IT systems.

About the Benefits(Full-Time Employees) :
Pay: The pay range for this position is $87,000 – $120,000 A wide range of factors are utilized in compensation decisions, including but not limited to, experience, skill-sets, job-related knowledge, geographic market, and other key qualifications based on business needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible

Key Responsibilities:
1. Network Administration
• Manage company network infrastructure, from WAN circuits to Layer 3 switching.
• Support Azure network integration and administer Fortinet hardware VPN.
• Oversee G-Cloud network management.
• Provide Tier 2 support for plant L2/wireless issues and Tier 1 support for office networks.

2. Network Security
• Manage G-Cloud user security solutions (Printer Chaser).
• Administer G-Cloud Web Proxy and Unified Threat Management (UTM) firewall.
• Oversee user firewall (Zscaler) and other security solutions (NAC, IPS).

3. Server Administration
• Maintain G-Cloud servers (MECM, AD, Printer Chaser, Web Proxy, etc.).
• Manage on-premise servers (DHCP, File Server, Plant Systems).
• Collaborate with AWS headquarters for server interface and onsite support.

4. IT Infrastructure & Security Project Support
• Support IT infrastructure and security projects initiated by the company.
• Work closely with local IT teams and remote support teams to ensure seamless operations.

Required Qualifications:
• Proficiency in routing and switching technologies (Cisco, Fortinet, Azure Networking)
• Hands-on experience with VPN (hardware/software), NAC, firewall, web proxy, and IPS solutions
• Familiarity with wireless network management and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of server administration (Windows Server, AD, DHCP, MECM)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work onsite in Atlanta and support multiple locations
• Bilingual (English/Korean) preferred, but not required

Preferred Qualifications:
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet NSE, Azure Network Engineer, or equivalent
• Experience with G-Cloud infrastructure and AWS server environments
• Background in manufacturing or enterprise IT environments
• Familiarity with company IT security solutions and compliance standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
