About the Job :
We are seeking a motivated Junior Web Developer to support the development and maintenance of enterprise systems. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to build, enhance, and support web-based applications and database-driven systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, a willingness to learn, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.

About the Benefits (Full-Time Employees) :
Pay: The pay range for this position is between $71,000 and $112,000. A wide range of factors are utilized in compensation decisions, including but not limited to, experience, skill-sets, job-related knowledge, geographic market, and other key qualifications based on business needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible

Main Responsibilities :
Develop, maintain, and enhance internal IT systems and web applications
Design and implement server-side components and database logic
Participate in system design, development, testing, and deployment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
Support system troubleshooting, issue resolution, and ongoing maintenance
Assist in translating user requirements into technical specifications
Provide support and technical assistance to team members as needed

Experience & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
At least 4 years of relevant experience in web development or IT systems
Basic understanding of web application development and database systems
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
