Job Title: Product Specialist (Automotive Aftermarket Parts)

Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 annual (Negotiable)

Overview
We are seeking a Product Specialist to manage and grow automotive aftermarket product lines across traditional Warehouse Distributor (WD) networks and major retail channels. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Brea, CA.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute product strategies aligned with company growth objectives across the full product lifecycle.
• Conduct competitive analysis on pricing, coverage, and brand positioning to identify market opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, sourcing, and quality teams to develop and launch new aftermarket parts.
• Partner with sales teams to deliver product training, technical support, and customer presentations.
• Manage pricing strategies and monitor margins to ensure product profitability.
• Maintain accurate product data and catalog standards (ACES/PIES) across customer platforms and ERP systems.

Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
• Language: Korean/English bilingual
• Experience: 5–10 years in product management, category management, or product development within the automotive aftermarket.
• Strong knowledge of automotive components, vehicle applications, and aftermarket product lifecycle management.
• Experience supporting WD networks and major automotive retailers (e.g., AutoZone, O’Reilly, Advance Auto Parts, NAPA).
• Proficiency in BI tools, advanced Excel, catalog systems, and ERP platforms.
• Ability to travel internationally as needed.
