Job description
Job Title- Junior Field Data Analyst
Essential Functions:
• Visit sites as needed to maintain scrap operations.
• Design, digitize, and maintain data pipelines to process, clean, and analyze granular, transaction-level collection data.
• Maintain and process raw data of daily collections and manage digitized files to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
• Analyze collection numbers and trends logically to generate regular reports and update clear data summaries for the team.
• The position requires managing material flow information at the site and taking responsibility for tracking and verifying the volume of collected items.
• Required to report to the logistics manager daily regarding site status and key operational issues and perform duties in accordance with the manager’s instructions.
• Coordinate between yard operators and customers to ensure smooth daily operations and maintain consistent service levels.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers to discuss upcoming projects and site requirements.
• Even outside regular working hours, respond promptly to emergencies such as equipment malfunctions or sudden changes in the production schedule by contacting the appropriate personnel and visiting the site when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
• Adhere to the company’s attendance and timekeeping policies and record working hours through the designated program.
• Coordinate with site guards on software systems and any matters related to Hyundai Materials.
• Field Representatives are responsible for submitting and processing approval requests on behalf of operators.
• Communicate with office personnel regarding weight ticket information and any other relevant matters for each site.

Knowledge and Skill Requirement
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent desired
• Knowledge of expert-level computers, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational skills
• Quick learner
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work various shifts (days, nights, or weekends) as needed
• An MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check may be required during the recruitment process.
