■ 채용분야 :
– IT Support Coordinator

■ 직무내용 :
1. Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, and network issues (laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals); resolve tickets within SLA guidelines.
2. Maintain and update troubleshooting documentation for common issues.
3. Perform routine system maintenance, security updates, and assist with backup/recovery procedures.
4. Administer and troubleshoot the Google Workspace ecosystem (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Groups, etc.).
5. Develop and maintain automated Google Sheets tools using Apps Script; ensure data integrity and optimize complex formulas, queries, and scripts.
6. Support business intelligence dashboards (Google Data Studio) and generate periodic & ad-hoc reports.
7. Maintain the company website domain, hosting server, and routine updates.
8. Track and manage the inventory of IT equipment, including upgrades and replacements.
9. Leverage AI assistants (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) and AI coding-assistant CLIs (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI) to accelerate troubleshooting, documentation, scripting, and Apps Script development.
10. Collaborate with the Innovation & Technology Optimization team to streamline support workflows and identify opportunities for AI-driven automation.

– 신입 지원 가능
– IT 지원 또는 유사 직무 경력 0~1년 이상
– 컴퓨터공학, 정보기술(IT) 관련 학사 학위 또는 이에 준하는 경력
– Google Workspace 관리 및 기본 네트워크 개념(LAN/WAN, VPN, Firewall)에 대한 이해
– Google Apps Script 또는 유사 스크립트 언어(JavaScript, Python) 사용 경험
– Claude, ChatGPT 등 AI Assistant를 활용한 실무 경험 (문서 작성, 디버깅, 스크립트 지원 등)
– Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI 등 AI 코딩 보조 CLI 도구 사용 경험
– Prompt Engineering 및 구조화된 프롬프트 설계에 대한 기본 이해
– TypeScript, React, Next.js 사용 경험 우대
– GCP(Google Cloud Platform) 및 기본 데이터베이스(MySQL, PostgreSQL) 지식 보유 우대
– Google Data Studio 또는 유사 BI 도구를 활용한 대시보드 구축 경험 우대
