Job Summary
Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and optimization of vision systems used in the secondary battery manufacturing process. This role ensures stable system performance, minimizes production downtime, and improves product quality through troubleshooting, parameter optimization, and system enhancements. The position also involves designing and implementing customized vision solutions aligned with customer requirements to enhance overall process efficiency.Key Duties and Responsibilities
Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance of vision equipment to ensure stable operation
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in vision systems, minimizing production interruptions
Verify the consistency and proper application of vision systems to address manufacturing quality issues
Evaluate system performance and implement improvements to meet quality standards
Optimize system parameters to enhance detection accuracy, reduce defects, and maintain process consistency
Adjust operational strategies of vision systems based on specific customer requirements
Provide technical support and recommend process improvements tailored to customer needs
Design and build vision systems customized for different manufacturing processes
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve efficiency and product quality
Continuously monitor and refine system performance to support overall manufacturing excellence
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assignedQualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or diploma) in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Engineering, or a related STEM field
Basic understanding of machine vision systems (cameras, sensors, lighting, inspection software)
Familiarity with industrial automation concepts (PLCs, sensors, basic control systems)
Exposure to vision tools/software through coursework, labs, or internships is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn troubleshooting techniques
Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced production setting
Internship, project, or hands-on lab experience in automation or vision systems is an advantage
Korean and English bilingual preferredSalary and Benefits
