■ 업무내용 :
We are seeking a proactive and analytical team member to join our Sales Planning team.
The role is responsible for monitoring sales performance, identifying key insights, and providing data-driven recommendations to support management decisions. The ideal candidate has strong logical thinking skills and can translate data into clear and actionable reports and presentations.
• Track and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance using Excel.
• Identify performance drivers and areas for improvement through data analysis.
• Prepare clear and concise management reports and PowerPoint presentations.
• Develop and maintain sales performance tracking files and KPI reports.
• Support sales forecasting, budgeting, and target planning activities.
• Manage commission and incentive data, including monthly closing, calculation, and execution.
• Review and evaluate the results of promotions and incentive programs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to improve efficiency.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support sales strategy.
• Continuously enhance reporting accuracy and process effectiveness.

■ 자격요건 :
– 0~3년 이내 경력자 지원 가능
– 경영, 경제 등 유관 전공 학사 이상
– Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts), PowerPoint 활용 가능자
– 비즈니스 보고서 또는 경영진 프레젠테이션 작성 경험 우대
