AV Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced AV Project Manager to lead enterprise-level AV system design, integration, and deployment projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead enterprise AV projects from planning through execution
• Design and manage video conferencing & collaboration environments
• Work closely with clients, vendors, IT, and integration teams
• Oversee AV installations, testing, troubleshooting, and user support
• Develop project timelines, BoM, technical documentation, and reporting

Required Experience:
• 7+ years of AV system integration or AV project management experience
• Strong knowledge of enterprise AV systems and IP-based networking
• Hands-on experience with:

Cisco Room Series / Webex
Microsoft Teams
Zoom
Poly collaboration systems
• Experience managing conference rooms, boardrooms, training rooms, and collaboration spaces
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Preferred:
• AVIXA CTS / CTS-D / CTS-I or PMP Certification
• Experience with enterprise AV environments
• Ability to travel up to 50%
